o A user guide is now available within the Help & Support section to swiftly provide dispatchers with detailed instructions in a PDF format.
• Dispatch Workflow Changes
o Offers dispatchers the ability to cancel an active dispatch for a load.
o Truckload loads and Intermodal loads now support “drop” and “arrive” functionality.
• UI Refresh to Microsoft Fluent Design

• Geofencing
o Drivers are now able to receive arrival and departure notifications when using geofencing location services.
o When this functionality is enabled, dispatchers can set a geofencing radius around stops. When a driver arrives or departs the set radius set around the stop, they will receive a notification to their phone.
o Using the geofencing notifications to arrive and depart a stop will provide the driver with auto-completed data to submit.

•Create and Cancel Loads
o Dispatchers now can effortlessly create and cancel TL and LTL loads within the Dispatch tab.
•Stop Details Options
o Allows for creating a new stop, updating existing stops by changing the stop details or by reordering, and removing stops from a TL or LTL load.
o Dispatchers can create a new stop location within the stop details screen, providing a Verify ZIP button to get a list of available zip codes or to verify a ZIP code/city/state combination.
•Accessorial and Commodity Screens
o Includes capabilities to create, edit, and delete accessorials and commodities on a TL or LTL load.
•Calculate and Save Load Rate
o Provides dispatchers a way to calculate and save Manual, Load Matrix, and Commodity Matrix rates in the Load Rate screen for a TL or LTL load.
•Update Billing Data
o Further expands the dispatcher capabilities within Mobile Express by offering the ability to change the customer, billing type, bill miles, office type, load type, trailer and more for TL and LTL loads.

• Manager LTL Dispatch
o Now offers the ability to dispatch LTL loads and trips (Company or Brokered).
o Includes capabilities for LTL trips such as adding/removing and arriving/dropping a load, re-ordering stops/route, optimizing stops/route, calculating/updating miles of stops/route, and cancelling the trip.
o Includes a Trip Notes feature to document the details of the trip. o Allows for managers to view/edit the Trip Pay.
• HeyPCS Integration
o Customers can now chat with the HeyPCS bot to effortlessly perform simple or complex actions using voice commands.
Feature Enhancements
• Geotab Driver Login
o Geotab drivers now have the option to skip logging in with Geotab credentials, allowing the use of the app for dispatch only.
